Sometimes in life you need to get away and find some serenity in a place outside of regular daily society. In order to unplug and relax we decided to visit a place that we knew would be a little sanctuary to unwind. We found Viceroy Bali, in the Ubud area, and it was exactly what we were seeking.

{ THE HOTEL }

<Location, Location, Location>  Located in the gorgeous Ubud area of Bali, known for it’s exquisite rice fields, Viceory is in a private and beautiful place. The hotel is located atop a river ridge. You can get a glimpse of it from your pool and outdoor bungalow. If you are a fan of nature and greenery, you cannot feel more in the midst of nature than in Ubud.

<Design> Let’s discuss the exquisite villas located at Viceroy. Who doesn’t love an infinity pool (that can be heated upon request)!?!?!? An outdoor bungalow one could only imagine to grace the pages of a a luxury travel magazine awaited us. The essence and feel was that of hanging out in a treehouse, surrounded and nestled amongst various exotic trees. It was absolutely picturesque.

The amount and clarity of the water at the site depends on rainfall but it contains green surroundings with fresh water that can be swum in. The waterfall includes varying highs that can be climbed after the descent downstairs to reach it. This attraction also features a viewing point to the jungle and waterfall at the main entrance.
